Sushi.

I think Sushi might have some addictive component to it (like coffee or alcohol).  I semi-regularly crave it and if I don't get it, I get cranky.

What are the best sushi places in Chicago?  I have been to quite a few good ones - Sushi Samba Rio, Coast, Friends Sushi, Kanok, Jai Yen, Oh Fusion (formerly Katachi), but I feel there have to be a lot of other good ones lurking around that I'm missing.  Any thoughts or recommendations?
