AIM High?
For the first time in a very long time, I signed into AIM.
As you'll see above, I found something enjoyable (besides the bunny).
I am on 411 buddy lists. I have NOWHERE near that amount of buddies. Who are you, my buddies? (or bunnies?) Please come forward.
This almost makes up for my complete and total lack of followers on twitter.

Internet Presence
So recently, I have been asked about my 'internet presence'.
Present.
I facebook. I tweet. I blog.
Anyhow. I personally DON'T have many privacy settings. They are fine for someone else. But I have nothing to hide. I kind of think people are too sensitive. And too nosy. And I don't personally believe I should I have to hide the fact that I have opinions or the fact that I occasionally like to go out and have fun because of other's super sensitivities. Just sayin'.

A Pleasant Surprise!
So I get a notification that a complete and total random stranger is following me on Twitter. I feared it was a creep or someone following a mass amount of individuals. However, upon a closer look, it appeared to be a normal person. So why did he decide to follow me? Here is what I saw:

More on Lee DeWyze

Well, actually, some questions. Let's have a little discussion forum.
Things I know about him:
--He's from Mt. Prospect
--He's a paint salesman (where at? true value? ace hardware? someone enlighten me!)
--My good friend Laura's younger sister Michele is good friends with Sarah DeWyze, who is Lee's sister (talk about six degrees of Kevin Bacon) (Meanwhile, if Sarah DeWyze googles herself regularly, she is probably incredibly weirded out by me. Eh, it happens.)
--Some of my fbook friends know and like him
Things I (or others) wonder about him:
--Does he have a girlfriend? Is she from Mt. Prospect? Do I know her? (Don't get me wrong; he's cute, but a little young for me)
--Why did he get transferred to Forest View? (controversial, I know)
Well, here's on other thing I know about him for sure - he HAS to make the top three for idol. Right now it's looking promising, but look at what happened with Alexis Grace of last season, or even LaKisha Jones of season 6. (I realize it's shameful I can make these references.) Anyhow. The top three idol contestants traditionally go back to their home town. There's then typically a big parade/to do in said hometown. This might be just what it takes to get me back to Mount Prospect.
Editor's Sidenote: So I just found out, online, whilst searching for info on Lee, that on Wednesday, Ryan Seacrest 'tweeted' that Lacey Brown was voted off American Idol after the show aired live (but prior to the show airing on the West Coast). Hey, the kid's only been doing the show for nine years - cut him some slack.
One More Sidenote: My mom's thoughts on Lee (adapted from a text): I like the hometown boy the best and not just cause that.
There you have it!

Just a Question....

Google Wave and Google Voice.
Does anyone USE these products? I'm not being sarcastic. I'm just wondering. I have both products, but I don't use them. Are they as popular as other google products? Are they worthwhile? Are they time eaters, like facebook or twitter? Your thoughts?
