Another Random Question

Does anyone use this new search engine? How does it stack up against google? Better? Worse? Different HOW?

Second - what did we do before we had google? When there was a question of how to cook/bake something? Where to buy something? A questionable song lyric?

All I know is that google's rise to power/popularity came just slightly after I could have really used it - when i was in high school/college and I needed to look up the answer to something. Granted, I did use it/"the internet" quite a bit for help on these matters, but not to the full extent that I can/do now.

Anyone else with me on this one?

Bing is MSN's new search engine. They created it because you can't say, "MSN it!" like you can, "Google it!" Pretty soon you'll be hearing the following office talk:

"Bing it!"

"Bing me"

"Dude, I BING'd this chick last night....and then stalked her on facebook."

Also, google wasn't big when I was in college, but thank god for sparknotes.com. Also, thank god for those T-83 calculators...i had like 10 pages of notes stored on those things!

"Actually, it's Chinandler Bong."

Ok - I've officially decided, I like Bing's name better. Score one MSN.

I used bing to find good deals on m tickets to Minneapolis. It has some cool features, like tracking the prices and whether they will rise or not, and it gives you all of the airlines and links you directly to the airline websites and doesn't take a cut of the fees. It's the best travel site I have used so far. I haven't used it for anything else, but it does have potential.
