So, my friend Laura, a non-blog reader (GASP!), is in need of some possible help. I know what you're thinking; she doesn't read the blog, is she living in some third world country where internet access is not available? If the answer is no, then how am I even friends with her? Well, she's a good person and she has helped me move, multiple times. Anyhow, she is raising money for fighting heart disease. See below:

- In the United States, total cariovascular disease is the leading cause of death. Looking at specific age groups, CV disease is the number 2 cause of death for people ages 25-74
