Yeah, I know their prices aren't necessarily cheaper, but like I said, I don't like waiting in lines to try on shoes. And sometimes, I'm just too lazy to go shopping. So that's why I like Zappos. I think paying a little extra for being able to deal with someone who actually sounds happy to help you is worth it. (instead of a surly teenager at your typical department store) Now that I'm rich, I don't care about getting discounts. HA!
