A Grammatically Incorrect Observation

I've noticed there's something I do regularly that, by all standards for the English language, is technically 'wrong'.

I start sentences with 'and'.  AND I do it a lot.  

I'd like to take this moment to make it clear that I DO IT WITH PURPOSE.
