Pretending to be a Hockey Fan.

My friend Eric had the Stanley Cup in his workplace, so he let me come in and take a picture with it.  He is originally from Michigan, so he wore his Red Wings jersey.  I can't blame him.  If you're from the Detroit area, you gotta focus on the positive....

Poor Detroit....

It's been a rough year for the residents of Michigan - first the collapse of the US auto industry, now the Detroit Lions completely winless season.  Ouch.  And, let's be honest - it was probably already hard enough having to be a Detroit resident to begin with....

Advanced Warning

Just to let you know, I will be out of town the next couple days for a long weekend at my roommate's cabin in Michigan.  I do not believe I will be using the WWW up there, for I will need to enjoy Michigan to the full extent Tim Allen would want us all to. 

I apologize to my blog's fanatics - maybe this would be a good time to catch up on commenting on my other posts (nudge nudge wink wink).  Hopefully I'll return with some good material all revved up and ready to go.
